The Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) made cooperation in relation to the job placement for social coached citizens and karang taruna youth organizations in Japan.

Its cooperation was made when Jakarta Dinsos Head Irmansyah welcomed a visit from a Japanese human resources (HR) trainer company, NMS Holding Corporation, together with the Regisa Foundation.

"Not only about job placement, we also plan to realize cooperation to attend training and internships," said Irmansyah, Wednesday (29/1).

He positively welcomed the offer of cooperation, which increasingly opened up opportunities for Jakartans, especially the young generation to improve their welfare.

"Surely they must have skills to meet the qualifications of employment needs in Japan. It is important to have training," he explained.

In the meantime, NMS Holding Corporation President and CEO Fumiaki Ono deemed that Indonesia had the potential of human resources. For this reason, he wanted to exchange between Indonesian workers in the hope of being able to train them to work in Japan.

"Our target is coached cit izens, karang taruna members and anyone who is interested in and eager to work in Japan," he stated.
